Who we are

This website, claudiasolutions.com, is operated by DV Holdings B.V., trading as Claudia Solutions, registered in the Dutch Trade Register (Handelsregister) under KVK number 93502168, with a registered address at Pelikaanstraat 67, 9713 BW Groningen, the Netherlands. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), DV Holdings B.V. is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We don't use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts on this site, and we don't collect any data automatically beyond what's needed to serve the pages (standard hosting/server logs kept by our infrastructure provider).

The one exception worth naming: this page uses a web font (Schibsted Grotesk), served via Bunny Fonts — a privacy-focused font CDN that, unlike Google Fonts, doesn't log visitor IP addresses. Loading it doesn't transmit any personal data to a third party.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to a project, to communicate with you about that work. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, and we don't use it for any purpose beyond what you'd reasonably expect from submitting a contact form.

Legal basis for processing

We process the data you submit on the basis of your consent (you choose to submit the form) and, once a conversation is underway, our legitimate interest in responding to and pursuing a business enquiry you initiated.

Who else sees it

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form-handling service based in the United States, which delivers submissions to our inbox. Formspree states that its service is GDPR-compliant and publishes its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review it if you'd like the detail of how they handle data in transit. We don't use any other third-party processor for data submitted on this site.

How long we keep it

Submissions are retained in our Formspree archive for up to 30 days (the limit of our current plan) and, separately, in whichever inbox the message was forwarded to for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the enquiry or the resulting relationship. If you ask us to delete your data and there's no ongoing business reason to keep it, we will.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request erasure of your data
• Restrict or object to how we process your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing

To exercise any of these rights, get in touch via the contact form or reach us on LinkedIn. We'll respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the timeframe required by law.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your data, you're welcome to raise it with us directly first — but you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or how we handle data changes — for example, if we add analytics or a new processor in future. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
